QUALITY POLICY

ArkiTech is a company dedicated to the design, manufacturing, assembly, and interior design of premium modular homes.

For this reason, it has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard to improve the service it provides to its clients.

The Management of ArkiTech focuses on the Quality System as a way of organizing the operation of the company based on basic pillars such as the Quality of its products, customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the System. Specifically, this system is based on:

• Ensure the importance of Quality in management, this being the responsibility of all members of the company starting from the Management.
• Go towards the satisfaction of all our clients and interested parties, through the commitment to meet their needs and expectations, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements and those of our service.
• Plan, execute, review and improve the Management System, keeping in mind at all times the context of the organization, both internal and external, thus preventing future errors.
• Promote and support Continuous Improvement of both the production and service delivery processes, and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
• Define objectives that will be appropriate to the context of the organization and its system, these being also consistent with this policy.
• Pay maximum attention to technological evolution and the possible improvements that new technologies make available to us.

To achieve the correct performance of the organization, the participation and collaboration of all is required, which is why this Policy is disseminated to all company personnel and interested parties for their knowledge and understanding. The support of everyone is necessary, both from the management team and the staff.
